Sure. It might be distracting but mindfulness is all about being present in the moment and making the best with a given situation.
Yes. The workshop is designed for couples but you are welcome to take it alone if you like.
Yes. You do not need any experience to join the group. It is intended for anyone and you will be able to work at your own level with your partner to have a shared experience. You may hate the class and that will give you an opportunity to connect and support each other in your dislike for mindfulness. The class is about shared experience and trying something new with the person you love.
